1. General provisions

Owner of the Service: The elitevents.eu website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is operated by ABP Travel Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 3/116 Baśniowa St., 02-349 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000947001, NIP: 7011069186, REGON: 521024980 (hereinafter referred to as "ABP Travel" or "Organizer"). ABP Travel is a tour operator providing services in accordance with Polish law.

Purpose and scope of services: The purpose of the Website is to present ABP Travel's range of travel services and to enable users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "Customers") to book and purchase tours, travel events and related travel services. As part of the Service, ABP Travel offers, among other things, roundtrips, guided tours, transfers, tour packages and other services related to tourism in Poland and other countries according to the description of the offer.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Use of the Website, including booking a tour, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The User agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions from the moment he/she starts using the Website. The Regulations are available free of charge on the Website and may be downloaded, recorded and printed by the User at any time.

2. Rules of use of the Site

Users use the Site voluntarily and at their own risk, undertaking to use it in a manner consistent with the law, good morals and the provisions of these Regulations. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Providing unlawful content: The User shall not upload or publish through the Service any content of an unlawful nature that violates the law or good morals, including content that is offensive, vulgar or infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Interference with the operation of the Service: It is forbidden to take actions that may hinder or destabilize the operation of the Service (e.g., interfering with the code of the site, introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access to systems, etc.).
• Use of content: The content of the Service (texts, photos, graphics, page layout and other elements) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Users are allowed to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any copying, distribution or use of the contents of the Website for other purposes requires the prior written consent of ABP Travel.
• Reliability of Data: When making a reservation or filling out forms on the Site, the User agrees to provide true, current and complete data. It is forbidden to impersonate others or provide false information in the booking process.
• Respect for the rights of others: The User is obliged to respect the rights of other persons using the Site and third parties. In particular, he/she should refrain from actions that violate the privacy of other Users or abuse the provided communication channels (e.g. contact forms) for spamming or marketing activities without the recipient's consent.

ABP Travel endeavors to ensure that the Service operates in a continuous and error-free manner, but it may happen that access to the Service will be temporarily limited (e.g. due to maintenance work or failures beyond ABP Travel's control). ABP Travel is not responsible for any temporary interruption in the availability of the Service or any damage caused by technical disturbances beyond its control. The information presented on the Service is continuously updated and reliable, nevertheless, occasional errors or outdatedness may occur. If in doubt about the content of an offer, the User should contact ABP Travel for verification. Marketing materials and offer descriptions placed on the Website do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude an agreement.
